ABOUT FITNESS FOR LIVING

A friendly route to feeling better.

A friendly route to feeling better.

Fitness for Living is a weekly programme for men or women aged 40-60 in Surrey. It's designed to make movement, health and connections feel easier.

Your first session is free giving you a taste of what can be achieved. After that, you give a voluntary payment with a minimum of £5.

More than exercise.

More than exercise.

We bring people together through simple activity, useful health conversations, and the chance to make new local connections. No experience is needed — just turn up as you are.

Every session is built around three things: move more, know more, and connect more.

Built for healthier, more informed lives.

Fitness for Living is run by Kick and Check, a Cancer Testing Services CIC community project.

Alongside movement and connection, the programme helps open up practical conversations around men’s health and prostate awareness. It’s about knowing your body, understanding what support is available, and feeling confident taking the next step when something does not feel right.

No pressure. Useful information. Better health, together.

Cancer Testing Services

At Cancer Testing Services, we care and believe that we can reduce the impact and occurrence of many common cancers by being aware of healthy lifestyle choices and the early symptoms of many cancers.
